The blanking department is equipped with multi-station cold forming presses, automatic punching machines, varying tonnage vertical blanking machines using more than 200 built-in-house molds and automated control stations that allow a 100% reliable inspection of blanked parts.

Every year 200 million pieces and 2,000 tons of raw materials are processed. During the production cycle, methodical inspections are made following the production procedures and the parameters set by our quality system.

Thanks to a dedicated technician team and to advanced technologies, we assemble and weld every electronic component used. The works are carried out according to our projects, but also according to customer design, using only certified materials that are assembled in special departments with appropriate cleanliness standards, in order to ensure the best outcome of the process possible. In the different departments we use special automation technologies and pick & place systems, reflow ovens and vacuum vapor phase. Special automatic machines for optical and X-ray inspection, allow us to accurately test welds and placements.
